Jennie Sealy Hospital (Galveston)

EMR serves as the elevator contractor for the UTMB Hospitals and campuses in Galveston TX for Jenny Sealy Hospital, John Sealy Hospital, CSW Hospital, TDCJ criminal justice hospital and many surrounding clinics. We have performed many elevator modernizations in the hospitals and surrounding clinics.

EMR was honored to be included in the extraordinary Ike recovery project for the new Jenny Sealy Hospital and renovated John Sealy Hospital. In 2016 EMR completed the elevator installation project of 15 elevators at Jenny Sealy Hospital and 5 at CSW Hospital, and 5 at Victory Lakes Hospital. These were all non-proprietary Motion Control Elevators.

League City Campus Hospital

EMR provides elevator maintenance to the League City Campus Hospital. We are honored to have been chosen as the contractor to have installed the first elevators which are MCE non-proprietary controllers.

We completed the project two months after the main campus Hospital on Galveston Island in 2016 allowing both hospitals to open only two months a part. We had 6 construction teams at once to complete the entire League City and Galveston Island project.

Clear Lake City Hospital

EMR is the elevator maintence provider for the exciting new location of UTMB Health Clear Lake Campus hospital in Webster Tx. The hospital marks our second hospital in the Bay Area that we maintain full-time.

Angleton Danbury Hospital

EMR is the maintains the elevators at UTMB Health Angleton Danbury Campus. We are completing two full modernization with cabs, fixtures, MCE controllers, door fixtures and hydraulic inground jacks. EMR is proud to provide the elevator service to first the trauma facility in Brazoria County where the hospital facility and teams serve more than 60,000 lives throughout southern Brazoria County.
